Step 1 – Uncovering of bone

Incision of mucous membrane to the level of bone and separation of mucoperiosteal flap.

Step 2 – Marking the bone crest

Step 3 – Flat grinding

The flat shape of cutter is adapted to drill the layer of compact bone and to prepare the flat surface near the neck.

Step 4 – Drilling the depth

Special bur is drilling the final depth and direction of implant bed preparation.

 Step 5 – Widening grinding

Widening cutter makes the implant bed wider fitted to implant contour. It’s well-chosen to match the length and the diameter of implant. It is also equipped with integrated depth limiter.

Step 6 – Threading

The tap finishes the implant bed preparation.

Step 7 – Handling the sterile packet

All of our implants are packed individually together with a proper closing screw. Packaging is double and it is sterilized with gamma radiation. Welded blister pack and glass vial protects the implant. Doctor takes the implant out of package without touching its surface and inserts it into prepared bed directly or using manual or machine extenders. This solution enables safe and fast implantation.
